"Top" performance: Right-angle, Type-A single USB-3.0 receptacle protrudes just 2.5 mm above the PCB surface

SUYIN's 020053XR009MX21XL 9-pin, right-angle, Type-A single USB-3.0 receptacle for through-hole mounting  is a particularly space-saving variant. With an overall length of 16.6 mm, this female USB 3.0 connector is very short. Moreover, due to its innovative sink type housing design, this receptacle can also be partially inserted into a recess in the printed circuit board, which makes it possible to achieve an unusually low component height of just 2.5 mm above the board. Two right-angled THT soldering tabs attached halfway up the sides of the housing, together with two metal snap-in clips on the sides at the solder connection cover ensure particularly sturdy anchoring on the board. These USB 3.0 receptacles, which are downward compatible with USB 2.0, are equipped with nine contacts: four for USB 2.0 plus five for USB 3.0. These female connectors are supplied in tape & reel packaging and are also available in halogen-free versions. A "short-order" SMT RJ45 jack

By employing special approaches to design and production, SUYIN has succeeded in further miniaturizing its RJ45 jack connectors for 10/100-Base-T and 100-Base-T4 applications. This makes it possible to develop PCBs that are even more densely populated yet feature a particularly low profile. The eight-pin type 100355XB008SX00ZL right-angle RJ45 jack designed for surface mounting (SMT) features a low overall height of just 11.7 mm and a remarkably low component depth of just 12.65 mm (not including the solder terminals). In order to minimize the component's height above the board, the new RJ45 jack has been prepared for recessed installation in the PCB (in-board mounting). This reduces the component's height above the board surface to just 8.23 mm.

Two guide pins and two additional side-mounted SMT solder tabs provide the basis for a robust mechanical connection and ensure the ability to withstand strong removal forces. The essential electrical specifications include a guaranteed number of 5,000 mating cycles, the voltage and current rating of 115V/1.5A DC per contact (max.), the contact resistance of 50mΩ max. (initial) and among other features, an insulation resistance of 500MΩ (min.).

For automatic placement, the components are supplied in tape & reel packaging. Halogen-free versions are also available as an option.
